Order Processing Times

Once you place an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order will be marked as dispatched once it’s handed to our shipping carrier and en route to your address. During busy periods, such as holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time varies based on location. Once dispatched, the overall transit time will depend on factors such as your location and the shipping carrier. Please see estimated delivery times based on country:

Unites States : 5-10 business days

Canada : 7-14 business days

United Kingdom : 7-14 business days

Australia : 10-20 business days

Rest of the World : 15-30 business days

Please note: during peak seasons or holidays, carriers may face delays outside of our control. Additionally, international orders may experience customs delays, which could extend the estimated timeframe.

 

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or order cancellation. If our system flags address issues, our team will reach out via email within 3 business days to verify. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery

In these instances, we’ll work closely with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we will keep you updated on the status of your order and provide assistance as needed.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once an order is handed to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package goes missing, please contact us at contactvoustele@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim, as most have procedures for lost or stolen packages. We can also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up. In some cases, we may offer a replacement if the package is not located, though this will depend on the circumstances.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If incorrect details are not corrected within 24 hours of placing your order, voustele cannot be responsible for missed deliveries, and you may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
