Cancellation Policy
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will enter processing, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are unsatisfied and wish to return an item, you may do so after 14 days and within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care to protect our products during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or physical damage. Packaging damage (such as a dented box) with the product still intact is not considered damage.
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contactvoustele@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if you qualify for a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to deliver orders promptly; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, voustele is not liable for resending or refunding the order.
